Do I need a special bra for Willow?
We recommend wearing Willow with a full-coverage nursing bra that’s stretchy and has a flap. Avoid underwire and padded bras.
Does Willow work with larger breast sizes?
Yes. Willow was designed to work with larger breast sizes including G and H bra cups.
Is the Willow Flange BPA free?
Our Flanges are made of polypropylene, which is a type of plastic, like most pumps available on the market today. All Willow parts that come into contact with breast milk are made of materials that are food safe and BPA-free.
How do I clean the Willow Flange?
The Flange & Flextube are all dishwasher safe. You can also use the specially designed brushes included in your Pump Kit with soap and warm water.
What is your return policy?
Provided the seals on the box are intact and the product has not been opened, any Willow purchase made via Amazon can be returned to Amazon within 90 days.
